How and when do I pay?

Pay before lessons, or settle up weekly or monthly — whatever suits you. You'll get automated payment reminders, and every payment is confirmed by WhatsApp or email. There's a 72-hour grace period for late payments.

How do sessions and packages work?

One session is one hour of tutoring. Book any duration you like — 30 minutes is half a session, 2 hours is two sessions. Packages work for any subject and never expire. Commit to consistent weekly or monthly lessons and discounted ongoing rates may apply (not on once-off bookings).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Let us know as early as you can so we can rearrange the slot properly. Even if you miss a lesson with no notice, we'll reschedule it rather than forfeit it.

Can I do group lessons with friends?

Group sessions are self-formed — you bring your own friends. Everyone in the group agrees on the subject, topic, time and duration. Pricing is per person, not per group.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method is EFT — instant payment isn't required. We'll share banking details on request. "Send Money" options can be used only if EFT isn't possible.

Can I get lesson recordings and invoices?

You're welcome to request recordings of your lessons. Invoices are issued in the parent's name.

When are lessons available, and do you work across time zones?

Lessons run 7 days a week with flexible scheduling. We ask for 24 hours' notice so your tutor can prepare — shorter notice may be possible, subject to availability. We welcome international students, but all scheduling and communication follow South African time (SAST).

Do you accept bursaries or third-party funding?

We accept approved bursaries, sponsorships and education funding. If a third party is paying, let us know and we'll guide you through the process.
